Who Can Apply

  • University/College graduates with 8–15 years of overall professional experience in the US Staffing Services or Outsourcing industry. 
  • Candidates with experience in US Staffing,  has carried out Voice & Accent or Soft Skills training 
  • Strong knowledge of the full training cycle and learning management software 
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques 
  • Ready to work night shifts aligned with US business hours 
  • Individuals who take initiative and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Training & Program Delivery: Provide process training for recruiters with little to no prior recruiting experience, including fresh college graduates, through structured training programs. 
  • Training Material Development: Collaborate with the training team to create new training content or update existing materials to keep programs current and effective. 
  • Session Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule training sessions and coordinate with trainers and managers to ensure smooth execution of training programs. 
  • Call Monitoring & Feedback: Conduct call monitoring for recruiters during live candidate calls to assess communication skills and provide constructive feedback. 
  • Mock Calls & Coaching: Conduct mock calls and one-on-one or small group coaching sessions to help recruiters improve their phone screening techniques. 
  • Progress Tracking: Ensure consistent tracking of recruiter development and performance throughout their training lifecycle. 
  • Hiring & Campus Recruitment: Participate in the hiring committee for fresh graduates, including walk-in interviews, video interviews, and campus recruitment drives. 
  • Culture & Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to building a positive, inclusive company culture by brainstorming and implementing ideas to improve both recruiter training and the overall employee experience.
