Who Can Apply

- Experience architecting distributed systems, cloud-native applications, APIs, enterprise integrations, and modern software platforms.

- Experience with cloud adoption strategies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, observability, and cloud governance practices.
- Knowledge of modern architectural patterns including microservices, API-first architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience implementing or architecting AI-enabled enterprise solutions using Azure OpenAI or similar platforms, including NLP, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
- Proven experience working directly with U.S.-based clients, leading architecture discussions, solution discovery workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder management.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed onsite and offshore teams.
- Strong consulting, communication, leadership, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, or equivalent architecture certifications are preferred.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and modern software engineering practices is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end enterprise solution architecture spanning user experience, applications, integrations, data, infrastructure, deployment, security, and operations.
- Translate business objectives and functional requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and future-ready technology solutions.
- Develop solution blueprints, reference architectures, implementation roadmaps, and architectural standards that align with enterprise strategy.
- Lead the architecture and modernization of enterprise applications built on Microsoft .NET and modern web technologies using cloud-native, API-first, and microservices-based approaches.
- Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategies, and information flows while ensuring scalability, performance, security, and data governance.
- Design resilient, secure, and cost-effective Microsoft Azure cloud architectures, including regulated and Government Cloud environments where applicable.
- Drive cloud adoption initiatives by promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, observability, automation, and governance best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies.
- Provide architectural guidance for enterprise AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and predictive analytics.
- Lead architecture governance by conducting architecture reviews, maintaining Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), defining engineering standards, and evaluating technology alternatives.
- Mentor Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and engineering teams by promoting architectural excellence, reusable design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, product management, security, infrastructure, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure technology solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate architecture workshops, technical reviews, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Partner with U.S.-based clients to understand business objectives, define technology strategies, develop solution roadmaps, and provide trusted architectural guidance.
- Support pre-sales initiatives, solution shaping, proposal development, technical due diligence, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), client demonstrations, and executive solution presentations.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies that deliver measurable business value while reducing technical debt.
