- University / college graduates with 15+ years of industry-relevant experience in US Staffing Delivery
- Candidates with proven experience in managing large, geographically distributed recruiting teams

Key Responsibilities
- Team Performance & Efficiency: Ensure each assigned team member meets monthly targets by monitoring group efficiency and developing tailored execution plans per team.
- Resume & Candidate Qualification: Review and qualify resumes and candidates submitted by the team before client submission to ensure the quality resume and properly closed candidates are presented.
- Team Management Across Locations: Exercise complete oversight of all team members regardless of location, fostering collaboration and maintaining output consistency.
- Motivation & Mindset Development: Continuously motivate teams to improve efficiency, teamwork, and overall performance mindset, actively sourcing and closing requirements when needed to boost team output.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Cross-assign requirements across teams to maximize placements and coverage, and coordinate with other DOMs to augment workforce during high-volume requirement flows.
- Daily Coaching & Feedback: Coach recruiters on a daily basis, provide actionable feedback on resumes and candidate submissions, and conduct ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
- Client Requirement Management: Attend client requirement calls, disseminate information promptly and clearly, and pull reports from client portals to track accuracy and drive improvements.
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain continuous and effective communication with team members, peers, ADMs, and associated staff to strengthen bonding and operational collaboration.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the staffing delivery system.
