Overview

VIVA's team has developed the Event Intelligence Tracking System, an online tool to manage the service calls (911), intelligence calls, and resources in an efficient manner. The system displays all real-time data, viz. 911 and intelligence calls, resource mapping, first aid locations, POD locations, etc., on the map (Google Map). The system allows users to define event-specific landmarks and permit the users to toggle the display of all the landmarks on the map.

Responsibilities

Worked with the business users and analyzed the requirements
Developed the application using .NET technologies
Completed the database design, deployed the application, and maintained the production environment
Integrated the Google map to display all real-time data
Developed the stored procedures and user-defined functions and maintained all database-related activities
Interacted with business users to implement innovative ideas and enhance the existing application
Implemented the layer system on the Google maps, which allows the users to customize the map view with all the available real-time options
