Through our experience and access to over 100 agency databases we have crafted a multi-point process to cleanse and enrich your diversity data quickly and accurately for US suppliers. On top of that, we are constantly getting access to new global databases (Canada, Europe, Africa and Asia) and improving our reach. Our specialty is speed and accuracy which we achieve with a hybrid automated/manual validation approach. We also enrich the scrubbed data with the necessary data such as region, industry and NAICS code(s) for each supplier whose spend will be included in economic impact reports.

Registration includes completion of business ownership, operational details, NAICS codes, commodity and reference information. Registered suppliers can choose from an exhaustive set of diversity types and upload relevant certificates. Data points required by suppliers can be easy configured within the portal by an admin. Once they have entered the system they can be easily found and engaged by your sourcing team using our various engagement, vetting and outreach options.
Through this tool, your prime suppliers can enter their Tier 2 (direct and/or indirect) spend data for each period (quarterly/monthly/custom period) and submit the same for your review for spend goal compliance. Options exist for importing spend through Excel sheets, capturing Tier 2 supplier details and for setting/tracking diversity spend goals to name a few of the configuration options. This tool will automatically remind the prime suppliers to enter spend for each period, and after the spend amount is submitted, all changes are tracked. We also have automation to check for spend anomalies.
